electric pump powered Presses
We have one entry level, five professional grade and three high vacuum oil lubricated presses (not shown) in our electric vacuum press range. The latter (the HiPro) systems are only built to special order whereas all the others are held in stock for next day delivery.
All of the Pro and HiPro systems have a built-in vacuum gauge so that you can monitor the level of pressure in the bag. This is also a good way of checking that you don’t have any leaks in your bag as a level of much below 80% indicates that air is entering the system somewhere. The Pro’s also have a vacuum level adjustment knob but unless you are using hollow moulds (please, please don’t!) you are unlikely ever to use it. The 16m3, 25m3 and 40m3 are also capable of being connected to Frame Press and FramePress Pro systems.

In most cases the higher level of vacuum achievable with the HiPro systems is of little consequence when vacuum pressing plywoods or veneering flat or curved panels. If, however, you are vacuum infusing composite materials then this additional degree of vacuum my be useful.

4m3 and 8m3 per hour Systems are Virtually Identical
16m3 and 25m3 and 40m3 per hour Systems are all mounted on a castored trolley. the 16m3 and 25m3 have four ports whilst the 40m3 has 8 ports.
All systems come with a heavy duty foot switch so that you can turn the pump on and off whilst keeping both hands free.
