Double Sided Velcro Strapping If you have ever tried to form a tight radius in a vacuum bag you will know how tricky it can be to keep everything in position whilst the bag is sucked down to vacuum. We have now got a stock of a double sided velcro product that makes this a whole lot easier. This material has a very small ,low profile hook on one side and loop fabric on the reverse. It is 50mm wide and once it is wrapped on to itself it stays very well stuck. Available by the metre at £1.50+VAT. Cloud 8 Anyone who has been following the Grand Designs series on Channel 4 will be familiar with Tom Perry and his amazing house in the Chilterns. With very little experience but a level of enthusiasm that would put a child in a sweet shop to shame, Tom and his family embarked on a rollercoaster ride of a self-build project. One major calamity was the staining of the beautiful plywood ceiling in the main living area when it rained before it could be made water tight. We have now contacted Tom and are in the process of manufacturing new laminated and veneered panels to be installed ontop (underneath) of the existing stained ones. It was the conversations I had with Tom that led me to investigate the architectural possibilities for the Bagpress manufacturing process.
