Bagpress has a fully equipped workshop with a frame press capable of producing panels up to 3000mm x 1350mm as well as five bag based presses.

We can take on manufacturing projects ranging from one off panels to repeat batch production orders for items such as kitchen drawer fronts, cabinet doors and large shofitting panels. We can supply these with solid lippings or veneered edges and can also work with free issue veneer layons to ensure that our panels match any adjoining flat panels being produced by another veneering company.

We can also produce laminated solid wood components using constructional veneers in a wide range of species such as American black walnut, maple, ash, oak and cherry. Our tooling costs are tiny when compared to those associated with hydraulic pressing and our turn around time is typically 2-3weeks. 'Emergency' work can also be undertaken if required and we will try our very best ot ensure that all deadlines are met with time to spare.

Vacuum pressing is also very cost effective for prototyping components that may be destined for mass production using other processes.
