We have therefore decided to put up this site an an interim solution whilst we decide how best to develop our web presence. Vacuum Pressing Materials We carry stocks of most of the materials used in vacuum pressing such as flexible plywood, thin birch plywood, adhesives and glue spreaders, mould making foam and some flexible veneer. We only supply those materials that we would use in our own manufacturing so you can be sure that they are the best available and have been thorougly tested. More.. Bagpress Manufacturing Bagpress offers complete manufactuing service and will undertake comissions ranging from a one off to batch production of items such as kitchen doors or drawer fronts. We currently manufacture the maple veneered curved drawers for Burbidge and Son's Lansdowne range. More.. STYROMOULD Service We can now offer a full mould making service for companies and individuals who want to get on with making money rather than spending their time making tooling. You provide a dimensioned drawing or CAD file and we then deliver a CNC hotwire cut polystyrene mould to your door 2-3 days later. This service is set to revolutionise the way vacuum pressing is used in industry. More.. Screen Printing Exposure System Bagpress can now supply a MiniPress system designed for use as a contact exposure unitin the production of silk screens. The bag supplied measures 1300mm x 1250mm and so can accomodate the majority of screens used at this end of the industry. When not in use the bag can be rolled up and kept in its storage tube and so takes up almost no space at all. More..
